Preparation:
Put the weet tapioca in a large bowl and leave it aside.
Put the oil, milk, and the salt in a pot and bring it to boil.
When it gets into the boiling point, pour it slowly over the weet tapioca and mix it with a spoon untill the tapioca gets wet.
Leave the temperature of the mass goes down for 5 minutes.
Add 3 eggs to the mass and mix it using your hand like you do a massage.
Add the cheeses and more 2 eggs and keep doing a massage on the mass untill it gets uniform.
Taste it the check the salt.
Wash and dry your hands.
Put some oil in your hands. With a soup spoon take a little amount of the mass and drop it in your right hand and roll it making a ball. Start placing the first ball in the corner of a baking tray and keep making the balls, placing then one inch far from each other.
Don;t forget to put oil in your hands while making the balls, otherwise the mass will stik in your hands.
Bring it to bake in the oven (350 degrees) untill they grow and get a light brown color in their top.
